Check in:
- 14:00 – 18:00.
- Check-in after 22:00 only possible if arranged in advance.
- Early check-in can be arranged at an additional fee of R100 per room.
Check-out:
- Please check out by 10:00.
- Late check-out can be arranged at an additional fee of R100 per room.
Cancellation policy
– If cancelling 1 day before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit
– If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit
– If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit
– If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit
– If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit
House rules
- For the comfort of our guests, no smoking is allowed in any of the units. Smoking is only allowed on outside patios where ashtrays are provided.
- No excessive drinking will be allowed on the premises. Should you overstep this regulation, we will ask you to leave the premises. We do not take any responsibility for any harm that occurs to any guest while under the influence of alcohol.
- No noise will be allowed between 22:00 and 06:00. This includes loud talking, music and the TV.
- No visitors are allowed. If any visitor is to be found on the property, they will be asked to leave the premises only once, after refusal of leaving the property, further actions will be taken.
- Minors are the sole responsibility of the parents, guardian(s) or the person or persons in whose care they are whilst at Cosy Cottages or whilst using its facilities.
